Tables will be 8' in length and each table will get 1 chair. (Additional chairs will be provided by request, prior to the event) Each table will have a tablecloth and also be skirted.
The table layout that we have, will have tables along the front and back walls and tables set up in a rectangular pattern like we have had at past events. We will try to keep your location, as close to what you have requested, but may be tweaked a table length OR two, depending on the total number of tables sold for the event. Locations will be given on a first come, first choice basis.
Table prices will be $80 for the first table and $40 for each additional table.
These prices are for the event duration of Saturday and Sunday.
There are no one day prices. If you want to sell for only one day, that is fine. Just remember that set-up and tear-down times as stated in the Vendor rules must still be adhered to.
Please have one item set up for the Early Bird drawing, before the doors open. Please note we will be opening up at 8:30 for the early birds. This was one of our complaints from last year's event. The Early Birds stated they didn't have enough time to go to each vendor's table to see what was there.
If you see anyone selling on the floor who is not a vendor, please contact a Plane Crazy Chapter member who will ask that individual to leave the event. This was brought to our attention after last years' event and is not fair to you, the vendors. THANK-YOU!
After January 15, 2012, all table prices will increase by $5.00.
